He transitioned to cybersecurity, becoming a pivotal East Coast sales specialist for SMBs. In his last role at Cisco, Reginald excelled as a Global Sales Business Development Manager, formulating strategies that significantly enhanced Cisco's market presence in enterprise networking solutions.

At Liger Consulting, Reginald has utilized his comprehensive background in tech and sales to pioneer the TechLeap program, a cornerstone initiative that demystifies technology integration for minority and women-owned businesses.
